CHANGE CALLBACK NUMBER
- To change CallBack number via the Internet:
1. Go to our home page at http://www.GlobalTel.biz
2. Click on the "Manage My Account" link on the
left side of your screen.
3. Enter your Customer ID and required account information assigned by GlobalTel. If you
do not know your account information you must send a request to provisioning@GlobalTel.biz
4. Click LOGIN.
5. Click Change CallBack Number.
6. Choose the access number from the drop down menu.
7. Click Edit.
8. You will then be able to change the CallBack1 in the box provided. Please make sure you enter 011, country code, and city codes if outside
North American Number System. *EXAMPLE CALLBACK NUMBER TO GERMANY: 0114917#######.
9. Click UPDATE in the top right corner of the screen.
PLEASE NOTE: IT WILL TAKE THE SYSTEM A
MAXIMUM OF 2 MINUTES TO UPDATE THE CALLBACK NUMBER.
PROGRAM SPEED DIAL
- To change or program speed dial slots, please follow these steps:
1. Go to our home page at http://www.GlobalTel.biz
2. Click on the "Manage My Account" link on the
left side of your screen.
3. Enter your Customer ID and required account information assigned by GlobalTel. *If you
do not know your account information you must send a request to provisioning@GlobalTel.biz
4. Click LOGIN.
5. Click Program Speed Dial.
6. Choose the access number from the drop down menu.
7. Click Program Now.
8. You will then be able to enter the Slot Number and Speed Dial Number
in the box provided. The Slot Number is the two digit number (01-99) you enter to make the
call once it is programmed. For the Speed Dial #, Please make sure
you enter 011, country code, and city codes if outside North American Number System.

9. Click UPDATE in the top right corner of the screen.
PLEASE NOTE: IT WILL TAKE THE SYSTEM A
