GlobalTel Client Billing
GlobalTel's billing system is designed to give its
clients every detail needed determine proper charges, control its costs and properly
allocate and post the charges for bookkeeping purposes.
1. CALLS ARE BILLED IN 6 SECOND INCREMENTS. Calls under
sixty (60) seconds are billed as one minute. Calls over sixty (60) seconds are billed in
six (6) second increments after the first minute.
2. BILLING PERIODS FOR CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS: There are
two (2) Billing periods per month for CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS - from the 1st day of the month
through the 15th and from the 16th through the last day of the month. Some accounts may be
charged weekly, or as agreed. Credit card account customers will receive one bill at the
end of each month. GlobalTel customers may access their bills Online, through GlobalTel's
Web-eBill.
3. BILLING PERIODS FOR CASH ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS: Cash
account customers will be billed and required to make payments according to the terms of
their agreement when the account is opened. They will receive one bill at the end of each
month, unless otherwise provided by specific agreement.
4. BILLING DETAIL: All bills show the Date, Day, Time,
Originating Number and Country, Terminating Number and Country, Duration and cost of each
call.
5. COLLECTION and DISTRIBUTION OF BILLS.
 | All credit CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS are billed automatically by computer. |
 | BILLS FOR OPEN ACCOUNTS. Bills for some OPEN ACCOUNTS (cash accounts) may
be sent to out for immediate collection. |
 | ONLINE DISTRIBUTION OF BILLS - WEB-eBILL. As of July 1, 1999, all
customer bills are made available online at GlobalTel's WEB-BILL site. All customers are
encouraged to access and print their bills from this site.
Web-eBill is a billing solution that is designed for the benefit of the Customers of
GlobalTel. Web-eBill presents the Invoices and Call Details of the Customer.
This on-line billing system supports customer access to billing details via Internet as
well as historical analysis of calling patterns. The Web-eBill provides the invoices and
call details data for any month of any year.
All this is made easily usable:
· The Customers need to enter only their ID and some other details to access their bills
and call details. |
 | ALL OTHER BILLS. Bills not distributed through WEB-eBill will be
distributed as follows: Some bills are mailed, e-mailed, or faxed to the customer. |
6. All declined and or invalid credit card accounts are
reported to customers as soon as confirmation of status is received. Anytime a customers
credit card is declined the access number(s) will be de-activated. It is the
responsibility of the customer to provide new credit cards and cash payments for overdue
bills, for immediate remittance to GlobalTel.

notice.

Dear GlobalTel Customer,
You can now view and print your own invoices from our
Web e-Bill.
1. Instructions to log in Web e-Bill:
a) Go to the address of Web e-Bill: www.GlobalTel.biz/int/
b) Click on Manage My Account
2. a) Enter Customer ID
b) Enter Account No. and PIN
c) Click on Login
3. Select Billing Invoice or Call Detail Report
4. Month & Year
a) Select the month (July)
b) Select the year (1999)
c) Click on Go
