GLOBALTEL OFFERS INTERNATIONAL TOLL FREE CALL FORWARDING.
THIS SERVICE HELPS BUSINESSES ATTRACT CUSTOMERS IN OTHER COUNTRIES

For example, a hotel in Paris can advertise in the Brazil and Brazil customers will call an 800 number, which is automatically forwarded to the Paris hotel's reservation desk. A hotel in Brazil can advertise in Europe and have their European customers forwarded to their reservations desk. The service enables any small or large business in any country to target the markets in the developed and emerging economies where GlobalTel 800 Toll Free Forwarding is available.

OPTIONS - ONE NUMBER FOR SEVERAL MARKETS OR ONE NUMBER FOR EACH MARKET

GlobalTel offers several options in some countries.

UIFN: You can usually have one uniform number (UIFN - Universal International Free Number) for markets in several countries (for example, a business in Taiwan marketing computer hardware to Europe could have one single 800 call forwarding number for France, Spain, Germany, the UK. A magazine ad in a European magazine could conveniently list the single 800 number for all four countries.

ITFS: At the moment the universal numbers are only accessible in about 30 countries, so you may want a country-specific International Toll Free Service (ITFS) Number in one or several countries. The ITFS Numbers similar to the national Toll Free Numbers, thus creating a local presence anywhere. This will increase the image of your company and your Customer Service Department.

QUALITY OF SERVICE

You will be pleased with the quality and clarity and the reliability of the service. Only top quality, Tier One carriers are used for this service.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A NUMBER?

Orders for these 800 call forwarding numbers take from four (4) to six (6) weeks.

RATES

The rates are the same low rates used by GlobalTel customers using GlobalTel Direct Dial Service.

FEES AND USAGE

There is one-time $300 USD fee. This is a set up and number acquisition fee. This fee must be paid at the time of placing the order with GlobalTel and is not refundable after the 800 number has been issued and approved for use. There are no other fees and no monthly minimum usage requirement. The number can be cancelled at anytime without notice, by any party to the arrangement (the customer, GlobalTel or either of in-country PTT).

LEGALITY

INTERNATIONAL DIAL DIRECT numbers are used for this service outside of North America. These numbers are established under the auspices of the ITU (International Telecommunications Union), in Geneva, Switzerland. The major carriers and the in-country are all parties to these agreements and each participates in the process of providing these numbers and shares revenue. Because of the complexity of the arrangements required for setting up, servicing and hosting this service, GlobalTel will accept no responsibility for any interference with service which is out of its control. The issuance of the number and regulation of its use are at the sole discretion of the host carrier in the country where calls will originate (your targeted market). Some additional info here.

CUSTOMER ORDER FORM TO USE

Use the standard customer order form "Form 9919" for individual/small biz and "Form 0103" for corporate customers. In addition you will have to submit the special Toll Free Forwarding order form included in "Form 0026" (download below) This form is specifically designed for this service. GlobalTel will assist in preparing the order. All orders must be complete in all detail required and be accompanied by payment of the $300 USD set up fee. If the order is rejected by the foreign carrier the $300 fee will be promptly refunded.
