Freephone Number) is a Direct dialing service that is available
in over 30 countries using the same 800 number in each country. |

I NEED A SEPARATE ACCOUNT FOR UIFN DIRECT DIAL SERVICE? |
| NO. If you are an
existing GlobalTel Customer, you can begin using this service
immediately. |

| IS
THERE A MONTHLY FEE OR ANY SPECIAL CHARGES FOR THIS SERVICE? |

NO. There are no monthly fees
and no minimum use requirements for the UIFN Direct Dial
Service. |

| HOW
DO I USE THE UIFN DIRECT DIAL SERVICE? |

(All countries except Japan):
Dial (country PREFIX) + 800-0000-2468; Enter your GLOBALTEL
ACCOUNT CODE; when prompted, dial your destination number.
EXAMPLE: If you are in Australia calling a friend in Italy: You
would dial (0011) + (800-0000-2468) + (your ACCOUNT CODE when
prompted). You then dial the friend in Italy, using the dialing
sequence: 011 + [39] + (city code) + local number. |

| WHEN
USING THE UIFN DIRECT DIAL SERVICE, DO I HAVE TO DIAL THE NUMBER
AS AN INTERNATONAL CALL? |
|
YES. The IAC (International
Access Code) is the number dialed from each country to place an
international long distance call. For example, in North America
(The US & Canada) the IAC is 011, in Asian countries it is
001, and the common IAC for most European countries is 00.
Japan, South Korea, and a few other countries have more than one
IAC. |

The UIFN Direct Dial Service
and USA 800 services offer the same convenient and money saving
functions and features offered by GlobalTel’s CallBack
Service: Re-dial, Multiple Calls, and 100 number Speed Dialing.
Instructions for using these functions and features are provided
in the Direct Dial User Manual
(Form 0108). |

DO I CALCULATE THE RATE OF MY UIFN DIRECT DIAL CALL? |
Go
to the Direct Dial website
and click on the rate chart Icon for UIFN Direct Dial service.
