Email Trigger

GlobalTel customers are now able to get a callback by using Email or SMS (Short Message Service) from your mobile phone.

This allows customers in locations where international dialing is blocked by local phone companies to have access phone number dialed or domain blocked by ISP to have access webpage to trigger callback. By using this feature, you are able to bypass your local telephone network and ISP blocking our domain.

How does email trigger work?

Our existing customers must create a new email message in the following formats like this:

To: call@GlobalTel.biz
In the Subject space put the 7 digit Access Number; example: 1234567 (7 digit Access Number assigned by GlobalTel)

Sample:

If customer wants to connect directly to destination number, then use same email message as above but place a # followed by the destination number. See below:

To: call@GlobalTel.biz
Subject: DID#Phone Number
example: 1234567#15619999116

Sample:

The system will call back as soon as our servers receive the email message so there may be an immediate callback or it could also be delayed at times.
Any delays are completely out of our control to resolve and depend on the foreign servers and internet system.
