What is my customer number? or Where can I find my customer number?
Customer number is a eight digits unique number assigned by GlobalTel. All billing is based on customer number. Contact GlobalTel for more information or go to our customer service web page and request us to forward your account information.
 
What is my account number? or Where can I find my account number?
Account number is a number you dial to change your CallBack number and waiting for the system to answer. Also account number is a number you dial to use the 800 number in the U.S. Contact GlobalTel for more information or go to our customer service web page and request us to forward your account information.
 
What is my pin? or Where can I find my pin?
PIN is used when you change a CallBack number. Also PIN must be entered once you receives a CallBack in order to make a call. Contact GlobalTel for more information or go to our customer service web page and request us to forward your account information.
 
Where can I see my bill?
1. Go to the address http://www.GlobalTel.biz
2. Click on Manage My Account
3. Click on Login
4. Enter your Customer ID
5. Enter your Account Code
6. Enter your Pin
7. Click on Login
8. Click on Billing Invoice
9. Select: Month, Year, and Click on Go.
 
Where can I change my address?
1. Go to the address http://www.GlobalTel.biz
2. Click on Manage my Account
3. Click on Login
4. Enter your Customer ID
5. Enter your Account Code
6. Enter your Pin
7. Click on Login
8. Click on Change Contact Information
9. Change address
10. Click on Submit
 
How can I update my Credit Card Information?
1. Go to the address http://www.GlobalTel.biz
2. Click on Manage My Account
3. Click on Login
4. Enter your Customer ID
5. Enter your Account Code
6. Enter your Pin
7. Click on Login
8. Click on Change Credit Card Information
9. Change the change the credit card information
10. Click on Submit
 
Can I signup as a new customer?
No, not via Web eBill. Select a service and click "Sign Up" to sign up for one of our services.
 
Is payment of my bill possible?
No. Contact the Billing Dep. by email at
 
Can I print the invoice?
Yes.
 
Can I print the call detail?
Yes.
 
How do I print the invoice?
Go to the menu and select file. Select print
 
How do I print the call detail?
Go to the menu and select file. Select print.
 
What do I do when I get the message: Error: Invalid CustomerID or DID. Try Again?
Double check your account information and resubmit the correct information again.
NOTE: Please be advised that WEB E-BILL will not work until your first bi-monthly billing invoice is generated.
